After pick and pack, an automated sorting system keeps fulfillment efficient and reliable, including during peak season.
Rapid shipment
We respond quickly and aim to ship eligible orders within 24 hours. Sellers can track order status through their FYERP dashboard.
Tracking notification
Tracking information is updated back to the marketplace, and branded tracking notifications can be sent to buyers where supported.
Returns handling
Returns are managed through a case tracker. Returned products are inspected and handled according to each seller’s return and disposition workflow.
