Acceptable Use & Data Handling

This Acceptable Use and Data Handling Policy applies to FYERP and its DigiPassport Amazon SP-API module, operated by FY International LLC. We operate in alignment with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon Data Protection Policy, and applicable Selling Partner API terms. This page summarizes how we handle data and the limits we place on its use.

Permitted use

We access and process Amazon Information only to provide the contracted services to the authorized Selling Partner: Amazon order management, inventory synchronization, shipping label and tracking workflows, returns and customer-service support, settlement and reconciliation reporting, seller analytics, and Digital Product Passport lifecycle tracking.

Prohibited uses — what we never do

  • We never use buyer personally identifiable information (PII) for marketing, advertising, or solicitation.
  • We never use buyer PII for profiling or to build advertising/audience segments.
  • We never use buyer PII to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop AI/LLM models.
  • We never sell, rent, broker, or redistribute Amazon Information; we share it only as required to deliver the service or comply with law.
  • We never combine Amazon data with data from other sources for unauthorized purposes.

AI modules & PII redaction

Where FYERP uses AI-assisted workflows, buyer PII is redacted before any model/LLM call. Models receive only the minimum, de-identified information required to perform the task, and no buyer PII is retained by or used to improve any model. Customers may run AI fully locally (self-hosted), keeping data within their dedicated environment.

Data minimization, retention & disposal

We request only the SP-API roles and scopes needed to deliver the service. Buyer PII is retained only as long as necessary and is deleted no later than 30 days after order delivery, unless retention is required for tax, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security-investigation purposes. For full detail on collection, storage, sharing, and disposal, see our Privacy Policy.

Security incident response

If Amazon Information may be affected by a security incident, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours, consistent with our incident-response procedure.
