FYERP SP-API Role Alignment
FYERP uses Amazon SP-API roles only as needed to provide services authorized by each Amazon Selling Partner. Each seller authorizes FYERP through Amazon's authorization workflow, and FYERP accesses only the data required for the enabled service modules.
Requested SP-API roles and FYERP use cases
1. Direct-to-Consumer Shipping
FYERP uses this role to generate shipping labels, support direct-to-consumer fulfillment workflows, update carrier tracking, and support shipment exception handling. Buyer shipping information is used only for fulfillment and delivery support.
2. Amazon Logistics
FYERP uses this role to help sellers manage Amazon logistics-related shipment workflows, transportation status, and fulfillment coordination where supported by Amazon programs.
3. Amazon Fulfillment
FYERP uses this role to help sellers manage FBA-related operational workflows, including fulfillment status, inventory movement, shipment planning, and post-sale operational visibility.
4. Inventory and Order Management
FYERP uses this role to import seller-authorized order and inventory information, synchronize stock status, manage item lifecycle records, and connect each unit to its Digital Product Passport record.
5. Finance and Accounting
FYERP uses this role to retrieve settlement, fee, reimbursement, and transaction-related reports for reconciliation, accounting review, and profitability analysis.
6. Pricing
FYERP uses this role to power AI-assisted pricing intelligence for the authorized seller: it retrieves the seller's own offer, fee, and competitive data to provide suggested and predictive pricing, fee comparison, and margin analysis. Recommendations are presented for the seller to review; FYERP does not change seller prices automatically unless the seller explicitly enables and approves a pricing workflow.
7. Product Listing
FYERP uses this role to manage seller-authorized SKU, ASIN, catalog, product identifier, and listing metadata workflows. Listing assistance is provided for seller review; FYERP does not automatically publish generative content without seller approval.
8. Brand Analytics
FYERP uses this role to provide authorized sellers with analytical dashboards for their own Amazon business, including search, product, sales, traffic, conversion, return, and profitability insights where supported. FYERP does not sell, resell, broker, publish, or redistribute Brand Analytics data. Brand Analytics outputs are shown only to the authorized seller.
9. Buyer Communication
FYERP uses this role to support seller-authorized customer service workflows, including return coordination, repair updates, and buyer-seller communication drafting. Messages are drafted for seller review and are not sent automatically.
10. Buyer Solicitation
FYERP uses this role only for Amazon-permitted, seller-authorized review and feedback request workflows. AI analysis helps the seller identify which completed orders are eligible and appropriate for a permitted review request (for example, delivered orders with no open return, complaint, or negative service signal), so requests are relevant and policy-compliant. FYERP uses only Amazon's permitted solicitation mechanisms; it does not use buyer PII for off-Amazon marketing, advertising, profiling, or unauthorized promotional messages.
Data protection commitments
FYERP does not sell, rent, broker, or redistribute Amazon Information. Buyer PII is used only when required for fulfillment, delivery, tax/legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigation, or seller-authorized customer service. Buyer PII is not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, AI model training, or cross-seller analytics. Buyer PII is redacted before AI processing where AI-assisted workflows are enabled.
