DigiPassport is the Amazon SP-API integration and compliance module within FYERP. It helps authorized Amazon Selling Partners connect their Amazon account to FYERP for order operations, shipping workflows, returns, reporting, and Digital Product Passport lifecycle tracking.
Like the rest of FYERP, every customer is deployed on a dedicated AWS environment — not a shared multi-tenant system — building on our operational experience running high-volume e-Commerce and reverse logistics since 2013.
What is a Digital Product Passport?
The Digital Product Passport (DPP) assigns a unique, persistent lifecycle ID to each individual item — not just to a SKU. That per-unit identity is the backbone of how FYERP manages inventory and post-sale operations.
With a DPP, FYERP manages repairs, restocking, and inventory synchronization at the item level, and it enables advanced return and shipment processing — tracking each item from sale through refurbishment or disposal.
A durable identity assigned to each unit, retained across every event in its life.
Each repair, inspection, and refurbishment is recorded against the unit.
Item-level status keeps inventory accurate across channels.
Returns and shipments are processed with full per-item history.

FYERP Digital Product Passport assigns a persistent lifecycle ID to each unit. The lifecycle record can connect sale, shipment, return, inspection, repair, refurbishment, restocking, resale, recycling, or disposal events. This helps sellers reduce waste, improve refurbishment yield, document repair history, and support lifecycle, repair, resale, recycling, and disposition reporting where applicable.
