FYERP Customer Communication

FYERP provides two distinct, seller-authorized communication capabilities — each mapped to its own Amazon SP-API role. They are separate features and are described separately below.

Buyer Communication — customer service

SP-API role: Buyer Communication.

FYERP supports seller-authorized customer service workflows, including return coordination, repair updates, shipment exception handling, and permitted buyer–seller messaging. AI-assisted drafts are shown to the seller's agent for review; FYERP does not send messages automatically without seller action.

Buyer information is used only to support the specific order, return, repair, or service request. It is never used for marketing, profiling, advertising, or unauthorized solicitation.


Buyer Solicitation — permitted review & feedback requests

SP-API role: Buyer Solicitation.

Only where supported by Amazon policy and enabled by the seller, FYERP helps sellers manage permitted review or feedback request workflows. AI analysis helps the seller identify which completed orders are eligible and appropriate for a permitted request — for example, delivered orders with no open return, complaint, or negative service signal — so that requests are relevant, respectful, and policy-compliant. FYERP uses only Amazon's permitted solicitation mechanisms and does not use buyer PII for off-Amazon marketing, profiling, or unauthorized promotional messages.
