A one-time AWS deployment fee applies because each customer is provisioned on a dedicated AWS environment (not shared multi-tenant). Continued customization is billed monthly per support-ticket bundle; a ticket is one customization or support request, and larger scopes are quoted separately.
All prices are in USD. Amazon marketplace fees, carrier postage, taxes, third-party API fees, and cloud AI model usage fees (paid to your own provider under BYOK) are not included unless explicitly stated.
Cloud AI is optional and included at no additional FYERP charge; buyer PII is redacted before any cloud AI processing.
