Amazon Bulk TRF Tool Speeds Compliance Work Across Stores

Amazon has streamlined a recurring compliance task for sellers whose products require third-party testing, inspection, or certification. Instead of filing a separate Test Request Form (TRF) for each ASIN in each store, sellers can now submit requests for multiple products covered by the same policy in one action.

The update also adds cross-store visibility within the same region and policy requirements. A centralized dashboard lets teams track requests by identifiers and workflow fields such as ASIN, TRF ID, order, status, store, and provider. Amazon made the capabilities effective July 24, 2026, and said eligible sellers can begin using them without a separate enrollment step.

What sellers should do

This is an operational improvement, not a relaxation of product-safety rules. Sellers in testing-sensitive categories should use the dashboard to shorten response time while keeping their underlying compliance files current.

  • Map products to the policies and approved testing providers that apply to them.
  • Group affected ASINs by policy before submitting a bulk request.
  • Assign one owner to monitor pending requests across stores and escalate stalled cases.
  • Keep launch and advertising plans dependent on confirmed listing status, especially when a product is under review.
  • Preserve test reports, provider correspondence, and submission identifiers outside Seller Central for an auditable record.

The practical gain is faster triage when several listings are flagged together. It does not guarantee that listings will remain active while testing is pending, so teams should continue monitoring account health and listing status separately from the TRF dashboard.
